1. The service and your account

These terms govern TMV Go, operated by SSY Media, LLC. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms. You must be an adult with authority to act for the organization using the account. Keep credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Workspace owners are responsible for the access they grant to team members.

2. Authorized website recording

Only install TMV Go on websites you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for notices, consent, lawful collection, configuration, and the information your integration sends. Do not collect passwords, payment credentials, or other information you are not permitted to record. Do not use TMV Go for unlawful surveillance, abuse, or unauthorized access.

Review masking and replay behavior on your site. Recordings reconstruct captured activity and may not reproduce all media or browser effects. Insights help investigation and are not proof of visitor identity, intention, or a completed or abandoned transaction.

3. Free trial

The trial lasts seven days after email verification and includes Growth features, three websites, and 2,500 recordings. No card is required and a trial alone does not authorize a charge. New capture pauses when the trial expires or its allowance is used. Trial recordings remain accessible for seven more days after trial expiry. Completing paid checkout starts the selected paid subscription.

4. Prices and automatic renewal

Starter costs $19 per month or $190 per year; Growth costs $49 per month or $490 per year; Business costs $99 per month or $990 per year. Prices are in USD. The amount and any applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed amount and interval. Annual plans are paid upfront and receive recording allowances monthly. Deleting recordings does not restore used allowance. We do not automatically bill overages; new capture pauses at the allowance limit.

5. Cancellation and failed payments

Cancel through the billing portal accessible from Plans & billing, or contact support@tmvgo.com for help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; service remains subject to usage limits and retention. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid its charge. A failed or overdue payment may pause new recording capture and paid access until the subscription is restored.

6. First-time subscription refund

First-time subscribers may request a full refund of their initial subscription charge within 14 days of that charge. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Email support@tmvgo.com from your account email, or include enough information to locate the invoice. An approved refund is returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times, and ends the refunded subscription’s paid access.

After that window, and for renewal charges, fees are generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree to a refund. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Your data

You retain your rights in the data you provide and authorize us to process it to supply the service. Recording retention and deletion depend on your plan and account state. Export information you need before its retention period ends. The privacy policy describes data handling, service providers, and privacy requests.

8. Service operation and responsibility

We may maintain, change, or suspend parts of the service to address faults, security risks, or unlawful use. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or perfect capture on every website. You are responsible for independently assessing insights before making business decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

9. Changes and contact

We will post revised terms with an effective date and give additional notice where required. Material subscription-price changes will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal. Contact us with questions, cancellation assistance, or refund requests.
