One shared allowance

Billing questions
How does cancellation work?
Manage your subscription and request cancellation through Plans & billing. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period. Recording data is subject to the retention period of your plan.
Are external visitor contact details included?
No. Browser identifiers and profiles based on information supplied by your integration are separate from third-party visitor enrichment services.
Can I download recordings?
Replay downloads are included. MP4 exports use the export controls in the player and are processed in a queue.
