Install on your store
- Add your store’s exact HTTPS origin in Websites.
- Download the WordPress plugin from the workspace installation instructions and upload it through Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Activate it, then enter your collector URL and Site ID under Settings → TMV Go.
- Configure consent and masking in your TMV Go workspace.
- Test a guest product visit, add-to-cart action, cart and checkout on desktop and mobile.
Shopping events
While recording is active, the plugin sends woocommerce_product_view, woocommerce_cart_view and woocommerce_checkout_view on their respective pages. Successful classic AJAX and Blocks add-to-cart notifications send woocommerce_add_to_cart. Ordinary full-page add-to-cart actions remain visible in replay but do not emit that AJAX event.
Recording boundaries
Logged-in customers, account pages, order-received and order-pay pages are excluded. Hosted payment frames cannot be replayed. Test masking with dummy checkout details before launch, including any custom fields added by extensions.
Orders and revenue
Checkout views and cart actions do not confirm a purchase. This version does not automatically report paid orders or revenue. A verified purchase integration is required for those goals.
