Billing and refunds

Manage cancellation from Plans & billing. To request the first-time subscription refund, contact us within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge. Include the account email or invoice reference. Read our refund terms.

Privacy requests

Use the same email address for access, correction, or deletion requests. If your visit was recorded on another organization’s website, identify that website so the request can be directed to the relevant site owner.

Business information

TMV Go website measurement and optional digests

On the TMV Go homepage, a first-party browser cookie can associate a visit with signup and setup milestones for up to 30 days. We do not collect form contents through this measurement. The measurement is skipped when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Unconverted journey records are removed after 90 days. Email highlights are opt-in; change frequency in the workspace or use the unsubscribe link in a digest.
