Start with a question

For a checkout investigation, filter recordings by the checkout page and campaign. Open a session, inspect the path before checkout, and compare the behavior with a successful visit. A missed purchase event is a reason to investigate, not proof that a customer abandoned their order.

What replay captures

TMV Go reconstructs the page from captured structure, styles, and events. It is not a screen-video capture. Canvas, video, cross-origin iframes, and some continuous animations can have limitations. Validate important flows on your own site.

Ordinary inputs and selections may be captured. Passwords, payment details, detected sensitive fields and explicitly excluded content are masked. Ordinary page text may be captured; configure your recording boundaries and consent requirements before collection.
