Find, review, share and export useful recordings

Use filters, watch scores, mobile cards and replay links to investigate visits.

Set your context first

On Recordings, select a website and apply page, date, device or activity filters. Saved views let you reuse a filter set. The summary and traffic chart reflect the recording-list filters; recommended sessions use the selected website and their own category controls.

Decide what to watch

Recommendations are newest first within their category. Watch scores reflect captured conversion, engagement and friction signals; they are a review aid, not a measure of visitor identity or guaranteed sales value. Sort by watch score to prioritize those signals.

Review on your phone

Mobile recordings use cards. Date, device, browser, duration and score are available before playback. Tap Details for additional capture information below the buttons, or Expand all details for the current results page. The desktop view keeps sortable table columns.

Use the player

Watch, pause, change speed and skip idle periods. Tap a timeline event marker to seek to that point. Check the recorded date and browser context when investigating an error. Add notes or a favorite for a visit you want to revisit.

Share or export

Share recording creates a link recipients can open without signing in. Choose its expiry and share only with intended recipients: possession of the link grants access to that replay. Download replay saves a replay archive; Upload replay file opens an archive for review in the browser. MP4 exports are prepared in Downloads and can take time to finish.

Keep recommendations useful

Dismiss hides a recommendation, not the recording. Undo is available for ten seconds. Mark watched helps distinguish reviewed sessions. Deleting a recording is a separate permanent action. Explore session replay features.
